**** night time data!

Telkom is just a *** network! They sell things that are not completely true! I bought this 7.5 LTE data which is supposed to give me 7.5 night data as well but everytime I make use of the night surfer data, they keep charging it to my day data and now I'm left with 78 mb! I called their call centre and complained about this but the agent couldn't even assist! What kind of nonsense service is this??? They don't even take their customers seriously! Imagine I'm looking for a job and would prefer to surf at night to avoid data costs only for my data to be used meanwhile I have 30k+mb worth of data that they are supposed to use
