Night Surfer is not working

For the last 2 weeks I have been trying to activate my Night Surfer but it hasn't worked. I even called the Customer Centre and all they told me was to restart my device, which I have tried multiple times to no avail. So how on earth do you activate Telkom's Night Surfer.
