Night mare with Telkom Mobile

My night mare with Telkom mobile. I have signed up a contract with telkom mobile and the contract was R299 for a huawei p30 lite and they said it will come with 900 minutes and data, hell is what I'm getting I'm only getting the minutes no data and instead of them taking R299 they take R2080. I have been running up and down with no help.
