Night data not loaded for two months

Good morning

I am a customer for Telkom and I have a problem with my sim card that since last month and this month I only get day data, I am suppose to get 60gig day and 60gig night. But that is not the case, what is wrong with this company. Value my money and give me what is due to me. May you please load it or elsr cancel my subscription and I will take my business else where.
