Since-I've-renewed-my-WIFI-Lte-contract-I've-encountered-that-my-night-serve-data-does-not-kick-in.-Even-if-we-download-at-eg-2h00am-it-uses-the-day-data.-only-once-the-day-data-is-finish-then-the-night-data-kicks-in-but-only-after-midnight.-Hence-my-day-data-has-finished-for-the-past-about-6mths-plus-always-2weeks-or-10days-prior-to-month-end.-Meaning-I-have-no-data-during--the-day-only-after-midnight.-This-has-effected-my-financially-in-as-I-had-to-end-up-having-to-buy-data-to-carry-me-until-the-new-month.-I've-been-making-numerous-calls-for-them-to-investigate-but-they-continue-to-tell-me-I've-used-the-data.-Recently-I-went-into-Telkom-at-The-Glen-to-explain-the-problem-Fri-16-Oct.-@18h00-I-received-***.-Sun-18-Oct-10h55--I-received-an-sms-problem-is-resolved.-They-didn't-take-the-time-to-call-me-to-explain-how-was-the-problem-resolved.-Wed-21-Oct-14h-I-had-to-go-back-to-The-Glen-to-get-an-explaination-just-to-find-out-the-system-say-that-I'm-using-the-data.--Again-I-explained-the-store-manager-my-problem-and-she-understood-what-I'm-saying-and-she-logged-another-case-***.--Fri-23-Oct-10h39-I-received-an-sms-case-is-resolved.--Again-no-phone-call-or-sm****plaining-how-the-case-was-resolved.---Tue-27Oct--10h18-I-went-back-to-The-Glen-The-store-manager-then-addressed-an-email-to-the-manager-of-the-technical-department-also-requesting-them-to-contact-to-should-it-be-that-they-don't-understand.-I-wa****pecting-a-call-from-technical-dept-by-Thursday-but-nothing.-Fri-30Oct-13h13-I-sms'd-The-Glen-store-manager-notifying-her-that-I've-not-received-feedback.- Today-being-the-2Nov-we-have-downloaded-1Nov-between-6h-6h30-which-should-be-night-data.--Again-my-day-data-has-been-used.- I'm-paying-for-a-120g-day-and-120g-night-data-service-of-which-I've-been-done-in-with-as-Telkom-is-promising-this-but-they-don't-deliver.-Strange-how-my-night-data-does-not-activate-but-when-my-day-data-is-finish-when-it-activates-it-also-know-by-7h00-how-to-deactivate.--Today-I-have-to-go-back-to-Telkom-this-as-cost-me-petrol-parking-tickets-at-The-Glen.--my-work-time--extra-cost-on-data-for-the-past-few-months.
