Nicolene Chetty - No mobile phone received

Ordered a Huawei Mate 20 Lite on 23 November using the online system. Received a call from Nosipho Mngadi who assured me I would have the phone within 5 business days. So far they have debited my account on 27/11 and have yet to communicate with me regarding the whereabouts of the phone. Numerous phone calls and no one can help. Was told to contact the Outbound Manageress Nicolene Chetty but no contact number is available for her. This is very disappointing !
