Nice service at Telkom Sales

Please pass this on to the correct people at Telkom. Thanks. I have to admit that in the past, I have not had any memories of having nice experiences with Telkom South Africa. However, during the past few weeks I have negotiated and spoken to several Telkom consultants and sales people regarding MOBILE CONTRACTS. First a contract for my wife a few weeks back and then again today regarding a new contract for myself. I can only say that the experience was delightful and the consultants knew what they were speaking about. Even the quick RICA of the sim card of my wife's new device seemed to have been faster than the needed first recharge of the new device. by the time that was charged the RICA had been attended to and we did not even need to contact anyone, or even wait until the next day. Thank you Telkom and the consultants at sales at 10213. well done. keep up and continue with this better service.
