Nice one Telkom!!!!!
<p>Having previously requested that a landline line service be cancelled, I then (timeously) contacted Telkom again and INSTRUCTED the operator NOT to cancel the landline. Well, needless to say, the landline service has been terminated - this despite (a) the assurance from the operator that it wouldn't and (b) along with my R200.00 odd credit!!!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>So Telkom, in short - you suc**** </p>
