New Telkom line Application

I went to the Telkom store in N1 city mall goodwood to apply for a new Telkom telphone line. I filled in a new application and provided all details + a copy of my ID. The gentleman told me that it may take up to 4 weeks. I did this application more than 4 weeks ago and decided to call them just to find out what is going on. After awhile spent on holf I finally got answer. I explained to the very helpful gentleman that I did apply instore, and just want to find out the status. I checked on the system only to see that my Application was never loaded on the system. The gentleman then helped me online to do another application and placed the order. Again now I have to wait another 21 Working days for a line. My ref: 139 805 758. Really dissatisfied with this type of service.
