New ****!! or Not?? Why Am I Listed for with ITC for Telkom NGN>>>??

Was I not surprised to see listed with ITC that I have a "Telkom NGN" account which have been listed for NO PAYMENT" regardless of the fact that I'm totally unaware about the existence of such a service and to have an account that I opened and not paid. This is sure is not just a coincidence, something like **** and it spells Telkom NGN. Is this a new ****?
