New **** from Telkom

New **** by Telkom. I cannot cancel my contract on their portal due to the system error "Cannot retrieve service for this number". So how do I cancel the contract now? Whenever I call the helpful call centre agents, they advise me to go to the portal, I tell them it doesn't work, and then I'm put on hold for half an hour. I'm so sick of this ISP, they are by far the worst service provider in South Africa.
