New Router Blown After 1 Day, NO help at all.

Good day, I signed up for the R999 20mbs deal, i have received very good service thus far from everywhere right upto delivery of my new Router included in the deal, The new router was installed saturday, during the afternoon it kept on rebooting every 5 mins, eventually went completely dead, its not powering on at all, i am now using my old router and have ZERO problems thus far with it, can you PLEASE help me get a NEW router as this is one day old, Prefibly a diffarent brand please.
