new orders online takes forever. telkom takes over a month to send ur phone

I app**** for a new product online. Its taking 2 weeks for me to receive a response. They pre approved mu contract even though i already have 2 other products, now i must wait for 2 weeks for a new thing where they debit ur acc first before u get the phone. They attempted to debit but still no response. So i have no idea what to do as the call centre agents does not know either. I want to cancel but they keep saying 24 hours.
