New order not completed after one month.

Ordered a new line on the 8th of July. Consultant phoned me to confirm all the details. Needless to say, today a month later no line has been installed. After complaining over email, they tried to phone me ONCE, I was busy on another call and they never phoned me back. They sent an email to say they could not reach me, and after 4 emails once again nothing, no communication, no line, nothing. No wonder Telkom is going down, their customer service is s h i t!
