New order never arrives.

I ordered a new cellphone and mobile contract over the phone 2 weeks ago. The reason being my current phone is on its last legs. They told me it would take 5-10 working days. It is now day 10 and I have only received my simcard. Still no phone. Today my old phone broke completely. I tried contacting telkom on their online chat on my laptop to find out where my phone is. They cannot help me. Asks me to give a nm where a consultant can call me. I DONT HAVE A WORKING PHONE. and I live alone. Absolutely ridiculous. What am I suppose to do with a simcard and no phone?
