New order. 5 months now. no line. complaints not helping!!!

<p>Still waiting on my line i ordered 5 months ago. Hunderds of rands in airtime to call them loads of "new esscilated referance numbers" </p> <p> </p> <p>Cant just just not install and normal phone line? What makes it worst.......The line is ALREADY THERE. It only needs to be activated.</p> <p> </p> <p>Complaints does not help, but how will they that you are upset?</p> <p> </p> <p>You get the same reponds on every hello peter complaint and thats all you are going to get. They just copy and paste and maybe change ref number. Nothing will be done to resolve your problem. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now Telkom Proof me wrong and at least some how does not want to be treated like this by another company please help me. </p>
