New offer but Cancelation nightmare

I have an existing Telkom contract and because I've been a "good" client they offered me another better deal. I took up that offer but now I'm having issues canceling my previous contract. This is frustrating as I can't have two debits going off on my account. I am being sent pillay to post just to cancel and I'm gonna end up canceling them all because this disgusting service.
