New numbers are unreachable

My wife and I moved over to Telkom this year, but we've received a lot of complaints from friends and family that they can't reach us on our new numbers. When trying to dial my wife, they even sometimes get the friendly lady that tells you, the number you've dialed does not exist.

Can someone from telkom please contact us to resolve this?
