New mobile data combo order

How is it possible for one company to be so utterly useless in doing new business!?!?<br> <br> I ordered an 5gb/month data package special, which has the option to add a Huawei Tablet for an aditional R99 at the beginning of March 2016<br> <br> After waiting 6 WEEKS only half the order was delivered on the 14th April 2016! I only received the router and SIM! On the phone with them now, after waiting for 45 minutes before someone answered, and now they start telling me maybe next week I will get the tablet!? <br> <br> On previous enquiry to the status of this delivery, they keep telling me 'in the next two days', this is repeated to me every time the day AFTER I was supposed to receive it the day before!?<br> <br> This WAS supposed to be a gift for my wife for her birthday this coming weekend, and now TELKOM is again promising delivery Monday next week, no wait 'Monday maybe Tuesday' according to the agent on the line! What a joke!<br> <br> WHATEVER!! WHERE IS MY FREAKEN TABLET!?!?
