New Line installation, Application not found.

<p>I made an online application for a new line installation, the next day someone from telkom phoned me to finalize my application, after 3 weeks a technician will come out to install my line she said. Now 3 weeks has passed and I phoned Telkom to hear what is going on, and now my application is missing, they cant see that I ever made an application. This is beyond pathetic, is this how you treat new customers telkom? If it is I dont want to be a customer, if this system doesn't even work how will i know my line will even work, no thank you...</p>
