New line - Definitely not 7-21 days!

<p>So I put in an application for a telephone line and DSL on the 19th of june on the website.</p> <p> </p> <p>I recieve an SMS indicating that someone wil contact me in 48 hours. After 4 days I recieve a call but the representative keeps asking all the questions i filled in th website but I still give them, he can't find my address on the system - I can find it on google maps in 5 seconds. After almost 10 min of him trying to find the address he tells me he will fone me back in 5 min, that never happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I phone support the next monday and after almost 2 hours of endlessly being forwarded to other representatives they tell me that the order was cancelled and we have to make a new one... After waiting 2 days to get the address confirmed 7 more phone calls(almost 6 hours cumalative) and technitions lieing about coming out to my house, 2 techs have been here but still I don't even have a wire pulled to my home yet - only I roll of cable in my yard... Everytime they just say that someone else has to do some work on the exchange - poles etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is astonishing that service can be this bad...</p>
