New Line Connection Date

i have ordered a new connection adsl line on the 4th April 2016, on the 6th April i received a message stating that i needed to pay in a deposit before they could continue or give me a date on which the line will be connected.<br> i subsequently did so and have since called the call centre (10210) a few times without any solution as to a date when the line will be installed. <br> the only answer is it takes 7 or 14 or 21 days.<br> it is now 14 days since the order was placed and i still do not have a date of installation.<br> being someone who resides alone and need to make arrangements to have someone present on the day they finally do the installation.<br> <br> a response with a date of installation and no excuses will be highly appreciated.<br> <br> thanks and regards
