New Line/ADSL Connection

<p>We moved down to CPT over 2 years ago and been logging tickets for almost 2 years to get Line/ADLS connected. Each time our call is closed just saying "No Infrastructure". NO call back no information to actually tell us when there will be infrastructure. From the complexes main gate we can see the telkom exchange (approximately 20m away), I still do not understand why we have to wait so long to be connected. </p> <p>Every ticket we log we do not get a call ref number. Can someone please get back to us and gives as some indication as to when there will be infrastructure in our complex. </p>
