New landline device, never used, yet sent for repairs few days later

Poor service delivery resulted in the discontinue of landline services. Vangate Mall, your clientele service is pathetic and you sold a faulty device to me on 2 December. On the same day you told me to use the old device. Then on the 10th of December you told me that new device is faulty and you sent it for repairs. I am so done with Telkom.
