New ISP recommendation i've had enough of Telkom

Telkom is fast becoming one of the poorest ISP's i know. So many people complain about their service and i've never understood why until now. Its only once you have an issue and require them to assist "potentially free of charge" then you realise just how disappointing they are. The number of times i've phoned daily to report my line and all i get is "Sir i'm sorry i will escalate this immediately CLEARLY their escalation 'table' must be quiet high cause by now i thought i would be talking to the CEO i've been escalated that many times. Please give me some advice i want to move away from Telkom now i have had enough of their ******* response times and poor after sales service.
