New Iphone 10 Out of Stock

i Ordered a new phone (Iphonex Max) and i was told i would get within 7 days, i was debited the next business, i followed up the next day only to be told Telkom is out of stock and they cant confirm when will they deliver, under normal circumstance i would understand,but now i am leaving the country in few days and i will need the phone. if i had not be debited already i would be taking this phone with Vodacom or MTN as they had also approved my application, please please help
