New Installed ADSL router not working. Business loosing money.

<p>Please resolve this now. Fault 327CRZ140617 has been created for Service ID ********** 493. Fix it now. My business cannot be waiting cause of your incompetency. Internet is not working. I am loosing money by the min here.</p>
