NEW Fibre Optic ****

<p>I paid for new fibre 10 MBps. But I only get 4.5MBps. I grilled them before - AM I REALLY GOING TO GET WHAT I PAID FOR THIS TIME? (Over the old copper ADSL I always only got 2/3 of what i paid for.) They assured me up and down I would get 10 because fibre optic runs perfectly. Well of course I only get 4.5 MBps. Phoned; no difference - usual switching on and off runaround. Telkom is probably running a **** where they supply the customers less speed to save themselves bandwidth. They have been useless for years through all my normal phone and line issues. TELKOM never fails to disappoint.</p>
