New deals, no phones

I am in urgent need of a cellphone contract. Telkom advertises all these great deals, but when going to my local store, am advised that NO devices are in stock, and then, no one knows when any phones will be in stock!<br> I phoned/emailed other branches, and same reply, that is if the phones are answered.<br> Do they want the business?<br> At least provide some idea when stock can be expected.
