New data bundle account totally messed up by Telkom

On 30 November 2016 I took out a Smart OneRate + 2GB Telkom Data + Huawei E5573 contract with Telkom for R99 at Canal walk. I have a business mobile number with telkom through my employer. When i took the contract out the agent assured me that the contract would be in my personal name and took a salary advice, bank statements and a copy of my ID. When i received my Telkom mobile Invoice dated 1 December 2016, the data contract was on my Telkom mobile business account. I immediately phoned 081180 and informed the agent, Adrian that the data contract was incorrectly charged to my mobile business account for which i receive an allowance. Adrian informed me that i must contact my employer who should request for the data contract to be removed from the business account as they cannot make changes on a business account. I contacted my employer who informed me that this was a consumer issue and that i must contact Telkom. I then called 081180 again and told the agent what my employer said. She then said i must go to my nearest Telkom and they will definitely be able to sort it out for me. I went to Telkom Logh Logan in Bloemfontein on 15 December 2016 and spoke to the manager Bernadette, who was very confused on how to handle the problem, she said that she would send an email to the accounts department and someone would call me back. She requested that i complete a contract cancellation form as she did not know if it would be needed, but just in case, then she would have it. I never received any feedback from anyone on this. On 20 December 2016 the data was switched off on the device and an email was sent to my work email indicating that case number ********** 2 was opened (this email i only saw on 3 Jan 2017 when i returned to work). On 23 December 2016 i went to Telkom Loch Logan to see Bernadette again. She said that she would have to look if she got any response on her email, it took her about 20 minutes to find a computer which was in working order, after still not finding a computer which she could use, i said that i would come back and then she can look for the information i needed. I returned about 3 times and each time she was busy and unable to attend to me. Needless to say i left. On 26 December 2016 Bernadette called me to say that the contract had been cancelled. I asked her how do i now go about having the contract reinstated under my personal name and the adjustments made to the account, she said that she would phone me again the following day, which she did not. On early morning on 3 January 2016 i called 180180 again gave the case number ********** 2 and explained the whole situation to Sandi again, she said she would make a note that the cancelation should be reversed and a change of ownership should be done and informed me that someone from the cancellations department will call me. On 4 January 2016 i called the call centre again and the agent (Sanilisiwe - i think) said that she cannot help me, she will make a note on the case again requesting that someone call me. I then asked to speak to a team leader or manager and she said that i could not as this would not help, i needed to speak to the cancellations department when they call me back. I then asked to speak to a customer service manager, she put me on hold for about 10 minutes, afterwhich i hung up. I also received my Invoice dated 1 January 2017 and notice that although the contract was "cancelled" i was still charged for the whole month of December 2016. Can an institution be so ***********!!! My data is still switched off and i am still paying for the service!!! All i want is my new data contract to be reinstated, my data to be switched on and the data contract to be removed from the business account. The contract which i took out must be moved to my personal profile. The business account to be rectified relating to all charges and payments and the data contract which must be my personal profile to reflect the correct charges and payments. Come on Telkom, lets get it right.
