New customer or not?
<p>I requested for a data line installation online but did not receive any feedback yet since the 10th February. the telkom chat and call back feuture doesn't work either. not even a customer yet and allready struggling</p>

Yesterday somebody called me about my complaint and she took all my details to request line installation again. Just called again to find out whats going on because didn't recieve sms or anything and they tell me I'm not even on the sysytem. Did the installation request again. Finally got ref: ********** 68.
