New customer complaint

We went to Telkom in the whale coast mall Herm**** to apply for uncapped ADSL internet in February 2018, we are still waiting for someone to get back to us. We were told that there is no line here that is why it's taking long but our Neighbour has ADSL uncapped line with telkom! So the service has been utter ****! Really no phone calls no communication with us whatsoever! Can someone please sort this nonsense out?
