New contract with no service

Very poor service, I took a data contract yesterday at their gateway store and was informed that within 5 minutes the line would be active and when I got home I find that the sim card still is not working.

I then go back to the store today to be told that they have logged the issue and it will be fixed by this evening.

The problem has still not been resolved.

Very poor service.
