New contract very bad service and lies

On the 30th of April i went to the twlkom Tygervalley store to take out a new contract. I wanted the Hauwei P20 Pro and said that i need it by Friday the 11th of May. The consultant who was chewing gum the whole time assured me that they have units in transit to be delivered the next day or so. He also told me miltiple times that i will be contacted as soon as they come. Its now a week later and when i phoned them to enqire as to where my device is, i was told that the agent should have phoned me already and form what they can see is that there are now no stock left and that they can not order me a phone as Hauwei have not sent any more stock. So TELKOM basically tells the customers just what they want to hear for them to sign the contract knowing that there will not be stock for everyone they promised! I spesifically told them i need the device by the 11th of MAY as we are goin overseas and i Need the phone for my pictures!? Telkom really needs to make work of getting me my phone ontherwise this will have to be taken further. ???
