NEW CONTRACT TAKEUP - NO SHOW PACKAGE

I took out a double deal cellphone contract online with telkom on 4 January 2022, the consultant who assisted me took all of the necessary details such as name, surname, id, bank details etc. but, since today I haven't received my devices that I was told where going to be delivered to me. I have tried numerouslyto contact Telkom's mobile department with no luck.
