New Contract still no response and no Device after 6 Days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
<p>Went to telkom mobile on saurday the 11th of february , to get a contract 1 gb free me.</p> <p>The staff was helpfull and friendly in store no issues there.</p> <p>There was a problem with the verification check and they asked apoligies and asked if we can came back in 72 hours , Monday 13 TH February. </p> <p>I did ,to find the application still laying next to the computer of the representitive who helped us . It has not even been attended to what so ever. I asked how long the process would take now ,and they said to came back tomorrow , and did tell me if there is any hick ups they would call me.</p> <p>No calls during Teusday from telkom , so I was so happy to be able to go and collect my new phone.</p> <p>But the same story , it honestly feels like the store needs a hands on manager , they still couldn't give the device to me.</p> <p>Wednesdat same story , thursday same story. </p> <p>Having to drive 15km's and R5 parking every day extra.</p> <p>Today I will be going again, but I just know I will be walking out of ther empty handed once again. What bad ,horrible poor staff and attitudes , not once did any of them suggest an alternative manner or any other help .</p> <p>But as soon a sasked why this is an issue they would talk in their own language and the laugh .</p> <p>Maybe it was for a personal joke between then , how would I know , as they looked me in my eyes and shook their heads.</p> <p> </p> <p>Don't even try and phone the shop it self , I think the number is somewhre in America in a different time zone. Not once has the phone been answered in 5 Days of consistant calling.</p> <p> </p> <p>Never will I , if I don't get the device today, never ever go to Telkom Mobile Menlyn as long as a life.</p>
