New Contract and free tablet

<p>I went in to apply for 2 new contracts which come with a free tablet. I waited a week for my devices and went to fetch. Upon arrival they told me the free tablets are not yet ready they will call me. Its been over a week since i Picked up my devices. I have called the shop but number just rings, i have emailed the shop who used to reply to me but now doesnt? when will i get my tablets?</p>
