New Contract activation nightmare

Can I get someone who knows what they doing to contact me. I need to activate a contract that I just opened with you. I am told different stories from your agents, someone is telling to go into a store, someone is telling me that it can be done over the phone but I need wait for a certain period. I don't understand why I need to go through all that headache were as I took this contract online. if I needed instore services I would have app**** directly at the store. this has been frustrating. I need this sorted ASAP.
