NEW Contract

i am due for an upgrade and i was interested in the Big Deal promotion of which i was told that i cannot have the deal as an upgrade because it is only available to new subscribers. i then app**** for a new contract which was approved and the deal was then offered to me, however few days after i received the devices i noticed that the Huwawei Media pad was also available on a SmartInternet deal for R139pm and my upgrade is also a SmartInternet Contract. i was not told about this Deal as i wanted to take that as an upgrade on my existing contract which is also on a SmartInternet Package and the Mifi Router R99 as a new Contract. when i went back to the store the Consultant refused to assist me and told me about the terms and conditions of my Signed Contract. how convenient that gets mentioned but nothing about my rights as a subscriber/Consumer as this Contract is stil within the 7day period. i only want the Huwawei Media pad to be changed to my SmartInternet upgrade contract of R139pm and then i will still take the Mifi RouTer (R99.00)as part of my new Contract is that so difficult to do for me as i dont want to cancel the entire Contract. i cannot pay for 3 Contracts when i have 2
