New Client, But once singed NFG

I've just signed up for Telkom ADSL not 1 month Ago, Now im experiencing issues and the service level is Disgusting, Iv waited on their Technical assistance lines for over 20 minutes before speaking to anyone and when you eventually get through NFG!!! they still cant assist, I dont even have access to the email address provided by Telkom, Hope this serves as a warning to my Followers
