New business = No business

I app**** for a contract and a number port 2 weeks ago for 1 May 2015. Service at the branch from Clinton - N1 City excellent. I received a call today informing me the phone will not be available tomorrow. I use my phone for business. What am i supposed to do now?! I have already cancelled my contract with my existing service provider. I want answers, better yet, I want service!!!
