New business landline

I am very disappointed in Telkom's service. Have been waiting for almost 3 months for them to install a new landline at our business. They don't get back to us. 2 Technicians came out - both with a different story. Today, when I phone AGAIN to query, I got a second reference number. It's is very frustrating!! Worst service ever!!!
