New application for adsl, but service is poor

Good day,i hv app**** for an adsl package, and paid a deposit, only to find the sms they sent me regarding my order the address is incorrect, i have been calling everyday this week and keep changing address and trying find out where is my order, i have waisted so much airtime already, im already at the point of totally cancelling
