New Age ******** 😭😭

They have been failing to give me my deposit refund back since October 2022 and its now March 2023. It is difficult to get ahold of their customer care consultants and when you do get ahold of them they don't know how to solve the problem. A horrible experience I wouldn't recommend Telkom.
