NEW ADSL STILL NOT WORKING

So the gentleman that installed the adsl line halfway with all the chords and router placed on the kitchen table then abruptly left with his unfinished work...actually came by today to sort out the cabling ONLY FOR HIM TO LEAVE AGAIN WITH THR ADSL NOT WORKING! Seriously this is NOT acceptable. Can nothing ever be done properly the first time by Telkom. Please please PLEASE SORT OUT MY ADSL LINE. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A 24 month CONTRACT AND I AM ALREADY HAVING ISSUES WITH TELKOM IN THE FIRST 3 DAYS. SOMEONE COMPETENT PLEASE ASSIST ME!
