New ADSL only worked for 10 days

On or about the 08/02/2017, a new ADSL line was installed at 24 Leipoldt Street in Randhart. The line (including the internet) worked perfectly for about 10 days. Then, on or around the 15/02/2017, the services stopped working and I have been trying, on a daily basis, to get this resolved. The order is complete. The services were working fine. Why did you have to go and mess everything up because of your inferior, sub-standard, inadequate processes. And now you can’t fix the problem. What do you suggest I do???????????????????????????????? The landline number is ********** 004

Dear Telkom. It's all very well that a case was logged (106ARK210217) but I haven't received any updates on progress or any other feedback. I have no idea what's happening. Do I ask Telkom to come and remove all their hardware and CANCEL this whole contract? Do I get another service provider? What should I do? What do you suggest????????? Your service remains atrocious, I'm afraid.

So after weeks of struggling and fighting and holding for hours on end, I receive an SMS from Telkom confirming that a technician would be onsite this morning to attend to the problem. In their SMS, one is given the opportunity to reply wiyh "@Yes" to confirm the appointment or "@No" to change the appointment. I responded with "@Yes" and made arrangements for someone to be home and available to assist Telkom in gaining access. Guess what!!!!! The technician does not pitch. Now I must wait another 24 hours for a response from the escaltions department and the appointment must be resheduled. So.... I am either take off from work AGAIN or find someone available to be at my house on Telkom's next appointment. JC! !!! Just when you think Telkom's service cannot get any worse, they surprise you. I cannot begin to express my utter hatred for this service provider. There are just no more words.
