New ADSL Fixe line-Relocating

Let me start off , I doubt if this complaint field is even going to work.Your average rating is 1.63 Eish ne.

But here let me go and see if this is going to be a time waisted

So I was relocating to a different address in April 2019 , and Telkom does provided this service for when you relocate they relocate your line fixe adsl line for free.So that’s what I have done I log a call with Telkome to get my line relocated and it was said and done. Now come the installation part , this was in July 2019 that I was advise from Telkom that I would not be able to relocated my line and I need to cancel the line. All this with a promise from Telkom that when I open the new contract that they will prioritize my line and get it installed with in a week as this is at no fault at me.This was done 21 July 2019 , today is the 12th of August 2019 and still I don’t have my fixed ADSL line. This is once again 3 weeks with this utter pathetic service provider. Cancelation REF ***A New order REF ***A
