Never will use telkom again

I cancelled my contract with Telkom because internet service was bad.The contract is fully paid off and they are still debiting my account for data that's cancelled.I went into the store to rectify the situation which the agent said my contract is cancelled and that he will log a complaint to their accounts department.The accounts department informed me it takes 72 hours to resolve a case it's being passed to weeks and I still have no feedback.I had phoned in again which another accounts lady said that they complaint has not being attended to which made me angry because two weeks have passed and something so simple is still not resolved.She then tells me she is logging a complaint in to say that I have not received feedback.Why can't these account people solve the problem directly when you call it's is ridiculous and their work ethics is pathetic.Do not take any contract with Telkom because they treat their customers terrible.
