NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND TELKOM TO ANYONE

<p>Hi</p> <p>I have previously explained my experience with Telkom and they rep**** on my review with "We will get a sales consultant to contact you". I still have not gotten a call from Telkom regarding my order.</p> <p>I called on Friday the 24 March, and spoke to a manager Tshepo who promised to reprocess my order and to escalate my problem. He also promised to call me on Monday 27 March. He has still not yet called me. And I still have not heard from anyone in the sales department.</p> <p>I called this morning again and spoke to a consultant, who again wanted to give me my old tracking number of the phone I returned. I explained my story to her again and she told me that my order was not yet reprocessed. Telkom has taken my money for my first debit order yet they have not sent my phone, I have upheld my end of the deal but they haven't this it's absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.</p> <p>I am extremely furious as this means that Telkom completely disregarded my complaint. They clear have no respect for their customers and do not care about the customers at all. I would therefore NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RECOMMEND TELKOM AS A MOBILE PROVIDED TO ANYONE if this is how they treat their customers.</p>
