NEVER USE TELKOM MOBILE NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THEY SEEM

After taking out two contracts with Telkom Mobile (MONTHLY CANCELATIONS BECAUSE I KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN), I’m so disappointed and completely disillusioned with the fact that a company can get away with charging their clients for a service they do not provide and then when we try cancel they completely disregard a request and continue ruin your credit rating with no recourse to any compensation for their complete inability to manage a business. From December 2016 to September 2017 I paid my bill on time every time however Telkom still cut my line Despite hundreds of calls (documented) and days of no connection nothing was resolved, I then sent in two cancelations forms in September 2017 these have been sent 6 times yet still absolutely nothing, I think small claims for compensation will be in order x2 for the max 15k each.

In 2018 this is completely disgraceful, in fact it’s not even real, NEVER use Telkom Mobile.

My letter of demand is on its way !!!!
